It’s tough to be a man. At least fashionwise it is, because
for a man it is a very thin line between ‘too much’ and
‘not enough’. A woman can pile on accessories and still
look classy, whereas a man is easily considered ‘unmanly’
or ‘dandyish’ once he choses color, print or extravagant
accessories. That’s why it’s all about keeping a good
balance. One possible way is mixing old and new: a pair
of scruffy Doc Martens worn with a classic, yet unusual
suit (made from a heavy coat fabric) is an interesting mix.
And if you keep it all in relief-like black, interrupted only
by a silver belt buckle, you can even get away with a furry
pompom hat, without looking ridiculous. Well done,
Gunnar.

Gunnar wears a suit by Michael Wagner, old Doc
Martens
, a sweater by H+M, the pompom hat is from
Alexa’s and the cashmere scarf was knitted by his mum.
