It’s always fun to meet Joerg – his relaxed manner rubs
off on you instantly. It’s also very entertaining to be around
him as he makes you see so much more.  Joerg doesn’t miss
a thing. A beautiful car, a pink spot, a little button, he
observes and ‘stores’ everything (best seen in his fabulous
books).
His outfit is the well-known mix of old and new, souvenirs
and finds: a colorful scarf from a trip to Mexico, a green
bavarian cardigan with horn buttons (embellished with
a few pins), an unlined felt coat, fur shoes….sounds like
a pretty threatening ‘folklore’-combination. Nonetheless
Joerg manages to put it all together in a typical ‘grandpa’
ensemble of pants, shirt, cardigan, coat and scarf (no hat,
but a bun instead) and translates a crazy mix into a mild
form of distinguished eccentricity.

Joerg waers pants by Haltbar, a handmade shirt from
India, a bavarian cardigan by Wiesn Tracht & mehr, a
coat by Paul Smith, old Prada shoes, a handwoven scarf
from Katmandu, one of his pins is from a bavarian clothing
shop in Moosach, the other one is inherited.
