Casually sitting on a windowsill in a dark stairway, looking
almost monochrome, Gunnar has a little bit of a ‘modern day
Don Corleone meets late Orson Welles‘ air about him – I start
hearing the ‘Third Man’ theme somewhere and begin to
wonder if there are any escape ways in the building….but he
wouldn’t be Gunnar if he left me to my vintage Hollywood
phantasies, so I take a quick look at his black jackboots and I
am back in the here and now. Fascinating how a pair of shoes
can change the whole outfit and the message. This is no 50s
character sitting there – it’s a modern man who likes good quality
classic clothing, who can create a good silhouette (I really like
the wide brimmed hat in contrast to the slender body ) and who
knows very well not to cross the line from ‘classic’ to ‘conservative’
or ‘costumy’.

Gunnar wears a vintage Hat, Acne jacket, Levi’s Jeans, vintage
shirt, H+M sweater and Hope boots.
