Susanne is sort of a new-age hippie. She is not attracted to any kind of status symbols, doesn’t care about labels, likes to improvise and reuse, loves to knit and crochet and is a traveling, free spirit. Visually though she doesn’t fulfill the stereotypical expectations at all – way to stylish and edgy. You have to spend time with her to understand what I mean.
Seeing her getting ready for instance is a real pleasure. One minute she sits there sipping at her coffee dressed in leggings and a stripey T-shirt as if she isn’t really planning on leaving the house today, the next minute she applies just a dash of make-up, throws on a vintage coat, a fur hat (that she found on the street) and is ready for a photo shoot. That’s what I mean. It’s not about bell-bottoms or making a fashion statement – it’s a lifestyle and an attitude. But don’t you think the fur laces on her hat look a little bit like (classic hippie) long blond braids?

Susanne wears a coat from a junk-shop, a fleamarket T-shirt, H+M leggings and scarf, vintage boots by Roflex, her swatch watch and a fur hat by L.Co Wiener Mode.
