This is what I imagine Wassily Kandinsky to look like – hanging out and painting in his house in Murnau during the summer with his sweetheart Gabriele Münter beginning of the 20th century . I am sure his hair was never nearly as long as Joerg’s and it is very unlikely that his beard ever was as long, but there is something about Joerg’s kaftan-like blouse that still makes him look incredibly russian painter-esque. I like it a lot. Apart from the beautiful colors and the craftmanship it’s probably the fact that it is very unusual for a man to wear an embroidered blouse like that (at least in Munich it is) but exactly this kind of non-conformism is so endearing about Joerg and it tells more about him than a thousand words.
