I see Susanne before I really see her. A little pink spot in front of the
all-grey facade of  the museum – that’s unmistakably Susanne. The moment
I see her standing there I get flashbacks of an old 50s movie, a romantic
winter comedy with Doris Day and I half expect to see a pair of skis leaning
somewhere on the wall next to her. She is a perfect modern-day translation
of that picture, because she knows very well to irritate this cozy 50s romantic
feel with a shockingly pink (hand-knitted) tube-scarf whose lose threads
run down like streaks of paint and those delicate pink lines fluttering in
the wind add a very interesting dynamic and an almost invisible irritatation
to the eye.
And then Susanne pulls out her new pair of eye-glasses and in an instant I am
on a time travel leaving all kind of ‘winter-wonderland-dreams’ behind me,
landing ‘Back in the Days’ with visions of 80s Brooklyn and enormous
Cazal glasses surrounding me. One little accessory can do all that.

Susanne wears a hand-knitted scarf, a fleamarket-jacket, -sweater, -boots
and -glasses and she bought her leggings on the internet (forgot where).
